Vema Thermostatic Shower Column in Matt Black is a premium, fully integrated shower solution designed for contemporary bathrooms. Finished in a deep, uniform matt black, it features a non‑reflective, fingerprint‑resistant surface that is both stylish and practical, complementing modern, industrial and monochrome interiors perfectly.
At its core is a high‑precision thermostatic valve, factory‑calibrated to maintain water temperature within ±1°C, even if mains pressure or supply changes. It includes a built‑in safety stop at 38°C to prevent scalding, making it safe and ideal for families, children and elderly users. Three clearly marked push‑buttons let you switch easily between water outlets, while a smooth rotary dial controls flow and temperature with absolute accuracy.
Full System Features:
- Overhead Shower: Large 290mm square ultra‑thin head, delivering a wide, soft, enveloping rainfall spray. Height adjustable from 805mm to 1150mm, with an angle‑tiltable joint for perfect positioning.
- Hand Shower: Ergonomic rectangular handset with three spray patterns – rain, massage and mixed – mounted on a smooth black riser rail with an adjustable sliding holder. Supplied with a 1.5m flexible, kink‑free black hose for maximum reach and convenience.
- Integrated Shelf: Wide, flat tempered glass shelf built into the control panel – strong, easy to clean and perfectly positioned to hold shampoo, soap and toiletries.
- Premium Construction: Solid brass valve body, corrosion‑resistant black coated metal tubing and high‑quality polymer trim – robust, durable and built for long‑term daily use.
- Universal Compatibility: Standard G ½” BSP inlets, suitable for all UK water systems – gravity, pumped, combi or mains pressure – minimum operating pressure 0.5 bar.
- Easy Installation: Surface‑mounted design – no recessing or complicated plumbing required; fits directly onto standard wall outlets.
All surfaces are treated to repel limescale and water marks, and wipe clean with a single cloth. The clean, minimalist lines and bold black finish create a striking focal point in any bathroom.
